less that 5% fat one cause the jars bigger

i bought an asda korma ready meal the good for you one iv yet to try it though,

i love chowmein from the chinese mmmm,

we are going to tgi fridays on the friday before valentines day! and the week after were going away or the weekend so my diet is gunna take a couple of blows from that i think, we never get to spend much time together though so im just gunna make the most of it and not worry about the diet, xx

im going to a leaving do tomorrow which has been planned for ages so having a italians then we have friends coming for the weekend so gonna eat then

but the hot cross buns in the kitchen keep calling my name today!!!! aaarrrggghhhh!!!!
