Question for those who have ordered from The Works
How long did it take for them to sent all of your order?

3 Weeks ago we placed an order for 20 items, and we're still missing about 3 or 4 of them. They're crap for keeping you updated, haven't found a way of tracking the order nor have I received confirmatory for 2 of the packages that have been sent out. I've received my order in 3 bits so far, received 1 email ... and am still missing items.

Love the price, but not impressed with how things are getting send or the lack of communication.

i ordered 5 things last time

2 arrived within the first few days in the same package
1 was cancelled and refunded, got an email
1 arrived after a week or so in another package

1 seemed to have been lost, after 2 and a half weeks
i rung them, they told me oos and refunded me, wasn't
happy about the fact i had to chase them as it was the
most expensive thing on the order and i had no emails
or anything to tell me it was oos like the other one

give them a ring think it's an 0121 number, bloke was helpful
enough just annoyed i didn't get what i wanted lol

Has anyone else had there whole order placed yesterday with Debenhams refunded due to unable to fulfil order?

I cannot believe a company of that size can not keep check of there stock levels and only sell whats avaliable

wouldn't even let me order kept giving me error
messages, their site was down for a little while and
all the oos things have now been taken off, might be
why things are being refunded now, but you're right they
should have sorted it out before taking payment
