My DS is old enough that when he is home I can still catch in a nap. I'm so glad as without it I feel like a zombie!!

I'm starting to feel more energy...not as tired during the day. But by the time DS goes to sleep, 8pm I'm ready for bed already! I do nap when he does for normally 2 hours on the weekends when I can.

I wish I could take a nap! My DD doesnt nap anymore so I rarely get opportunity. She also is a great night sleeper so I swear I am running on empty. I think its why I can't throw this larygitis! However tomorrow she is in preschool and Im not working (I usually am when she is there) so I will deffo be taking a nap. I tend to be going to bed about 8.30 just to get some rest!
