I've just preferred some as this cycle was long 43cd, I'm currently on cd1 so hoping they either come tomorrow or Thursday! Excited to use them as I ovulated on cd30 this cycle! What's the best days and dosage to take? X

Would be good to know if I really did ovulate on CD17. If I did I should start spotting this evening or tomorrow really.
I took cd3-7 and took 80mg the first 2 days, 120mg the second 2 days and 160mg the last day.

I did 200mg 2-6 this time but last cycle I did 120, 120, 160, 160, 200mg it didn't work for me I had a 70+ cycle with no ovulation but I don't ovulate anyway.

I've had some ewcm this morning on cd16 we dtd anyways and my opk only had a faint line. So will see what happens with that.

Thank you, I don't know why I get my hopes up that I will ovulate I've been doing this for nearly 3 years and not once ovulated it was so much easier to ttc my son.
Opks have all been very negative, temp high but I'm not feeling well and didn't sleep well at all. Still have some ewcm but not much else to report.

Sadakos yes they come so I'm doing 2-6 starting with 80mg days 1&2 then 120mg day 3&4 and il do 160mg on the final day. Xx

How does taking soy make you feel? My boobs hurt and I ve been getting stabbing pains in my ovaries is this normal?

It doesn't make me feel any different at all. When looking them up a lot of people had side effects.

I got the stabbing pains on my ovaries when taking them, and then ovulation pains when I ovulated which I never had before. I put it down to stronger O!

I took mine before bed too and was fine.
Cd19 nothing interesting going on, opk is slightly darker today but that's about it.

Done another opk it's fairly dark, quite a lot darker than this mornings hopefully it keeps getting darker, although this has happened before and they have gotten lighter after.

Thanks, it's half way there I did another on a 2 hour hold and it was the same so fingers crossed for a darker one tomorrow. I've just realised I only have 2 opks left and I will have to order some more but they may not be here by Tuesday which is when I will need them for, I can buy some shop ones but I never had great success with them when ttc my son they would be negative while the eBay ones positive and he was concieved the same cycle. I will grab some anyways.
