3 days/week - 4 week program

So as the title says, this "program" is 3 days a week and its for 4 weeks. This workout doesn't seem crazy like Insanity (which I've done and have nothing but amazing things to say about it!!), but looks like it will still give you a great workout. I also can't see why you would just continue doing this workout or a variation of it after 4 weeks - it looks good:

I also love pilates and have great videos, so I'll probably do some pilates at home on the "off days" from the gym.
