3 week growth spurt?

Im not sure whether this is a growth spurt or LO is just being greedy - during the day he usually has 3-4 oz every 3 hours and at night he usually has 3-4oz every 4 hours, over the past couple of days his day feeds have changed to 3oz every 2 hours and last night his feeds were 3-4oz every 3 hours. He is also awake for the majority of the day.

Does this sound like a growth spurt? I'm just concerned he is either comfort feeding, boredom feeding or hes being greedy.

He seems to cry a lot too, ive got nothing done today because he has been so clingy.

My baby is also like this, he is two weeks old. Health Visitor said they have a growth spurt around 2-3 weeks and then again at 6 weeks! xzx
