Hi lovelies,

I am CD 16 today. Thats day 4 post ovulation. I am keen to be a mum. If we succeed this month I'll be married with a six week old! Love to hear your story.

Hi drhouse. I'm 31, DH 36. TTC #1 and on cycle 2.

I'm currently on cd 22 and 7 dpo. My cycles range from 29 to 33 days. I only just started charting so I don't have a full cycle view yet.

We got married a couple weeks ago and decided to try a couple weeks before that. Have been WTT for years but needed some things to happen first.

Hoping for a BFP soon.

Hi ladies :flower: I'm 35 and ttc #1. Today is 3dpo, although my chart doesn't show it yet -- ff needs one more high temp to give me crosshairs. Fx'd that thist is our cycle. We've had a rocky road with ttc as dh had to deploy for a year after 6 months of trying. We've been at it for another 8 months since he's been home. Finally went to the fertility specialist last week for the first time and looking forward to getting some answers.

FX for you too GreenOrchid. It must be very tough when you can't be with your DH for that long.

HI B, congrats on your recent wedding!!!!!!!!! How exciting. Did you have an amazing day? What did you wear? We are getting married next July!!! we wanted to wait till the wedding but eggs being what they are - thought we better crack on!!!

You may be up the duff you know - those temps are looking good!!! You may have the shortest stay ever on BNB.

Welcome Green orchid, Am crossing my fingers for those cross hairs!!!!!!!!!!! I really hope that this is you cycle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is your hubby in the middle east?

Hey dr!

I hope the temps are good, not sure about this whole straight line slow rise though. Only time will tell.

My wedding was wonderful, thanks, but it went by soooo soooo fast. Also none of our guests remembered to take many pictures so we are still waiting for the photographer's photos to see how everything looked. I'm not very patient so it feels like forever already haha.

We did a vintage theme and I wanted a lace dress but couldn't find the right one so I went with La Sposa Darling. Turned out great except I got hemmed too long and was almost tripping over it all night, blah! No one seemed to notice though but we had to use some emergency masking tape and saftey pins to bring it up a little.

And i was such a nervous wreck about being in front of everyone I could barely eat my supper haha.

DH and I have been together for 8.5 years and it feels so neat to be called his wife, officially ;)

Congrats on your upcoming wedding! It will be one of the most amazing moments of your life.

Dr House - thanks for the good vibes  Got my crosshairs this a.m. :happydance: Due to dh's work schedule we weren't able to bd much this month but looks like we hit the timing just right.

I say no time like the present for you and your fiance to start trying. My dh and I didn't start trying, but were NTNP before we were married. Now I wish we had started trying a little more carefully sooner. Had no idea how long of a road this would end up being!! So I hope you get your :bfp: sooner than later and have a little one on the way before the wedding. My dh was in afghanistan last year - got home in Feb and it's been so great to have him home. It was a LONG year.

B - I totally know what you mean about not eating at your own wedding. My dh and I barely ate because we ended up going around to all the tables during the meal. We only got to eat the soup and appetizer platter, and missed the rest of the courses :dohh: We had a 7-course chinese banquet so there was A LOT of food. But at least the guests enjoyed it! I just looked up your wedding dress. LOVE IT!

Btw, I think your temps look fine. I read something that you just want to make sure that your progesterone levels are at their peak around the time the embryo would implant (around 7-8 dpo average). A slow rise is fine. I forgot where I read that - sorry I don't have a reference for you.

Also wow, 7 courses is a lot of food. We had a fairly small wedding so it wasn't too hard too see everyone but it did take some time.

Wow that is a darling of a dress. Am leaning towards a Maggie sottero. Love the slim line a lace dresses! On an island aawwgh!!!!

B I will take your advice its a short day hey! We want our friends to play boules and hang out.

Not sure if I get preggers whether we would go ahead in July. Haven't even looked for a dress!

I didn't even get a chance to try a Maggie on but my sister wore one for her wedding and she looked stunning.

Oh I'm so excited for you!!!

Hi Ladies - just got back from the FS and it wasn't the best visit ever

He did an ultrasound and although my uterus was perfect, it looks like I have endo on my right ovary :sad2: Thankfully the left one looked clear. So now he wants to repeat the scan at the beginning of my next cycle and also do an HSG. I pray that my tubes aren't screwed up from endo. [-o<

Sorry to be a downer...I like the wedding dress talk much better

GreenOrchid, don't worry too much. I think you still have a great chance especially with your other ovary not being affected. Many ladies with endo have conceived.

Keeping my FX your HSG goes well and you get a nice BFP soon!

Thanks B! Since I posted earlier I've done a bit more research and there's good news - you're right, it's very likely that I can still conceive. BUT, from what I read I will probably need a laparascopy to determine the true amount of endo that I may have. Guess I just gotta wait until the next ultrasound and the HSG in a few weeks and see if my ovary still looks the same and then see how the FS wants to proceed.

Yay GreenOrchid! Glad you are feeling better :D

Keeping all my FX that your results are good and endo is minimal. Also that DH has a good SA.

Can't wait to see a few BFP's around here!

As for me, I feel kind of crappy. I'm so bloated and have had this horrible ache in my abdomen since 6 dpo. At first I thought it might be implantation then I was sure it was a UTI. The dr didn't seem very convinced even thou there was a little blood in my sample so now I am paranoid. I stopped taking baby aspirin today just incase it was causing me to bleed.

I'm in symptom denial now too. There seems to be a very plausible explanation for my symptoms. But poor DH haha, every time I tell him I'm tired or I'm bloated he gets a little excited and I have to tell him it's only because I went to bed late or ate too much or whatever.

I'm actually starting to get nervous to test on Friday. Crazy for me because I normally POAS multiple times a day.

Drhouse - where you at and how are things?

B, I totally know what you mean about not wanting to get DH's hopes up with potential symptoms!! Well I hope it's good news and you get your bfp :)

When you say you had blood in your sample did you mean a urine sample? I thought that was a sure sign of a UTI?? Fx'd for you!!

hiya lovelies,

Green orchid hugs hugs. Sorry to hear about the endo. But having an answer knowing what you can do about things, is better than no answer. Maybe a little lap will be the answer. This is generally fixable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

B I still think you are up the duff girlfriend!!!! Strong psychic prediction here!!! Its not long till friday.

Ive been working my ass off. Ive done an exam and an assignment this week on top of working full time. Im stuffed. All I want is a good nights sleep!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eight days till testing or no period. not sure where i am after my ff nightmare, can't chart as it keeps on doing dodgy things, moving my periods et al. aagghh!!!!

Not sure why - any thoughts???

GreenOrchid - ya blood in urine, but I was googling, of course, and turns out if he used a dipstick it could be a false positive for blood. Apparently they are very unreliable and can show positive for many reasons. Who knows. I feel a bit better this morning but will see how the day goes. It really, really feels like a UTI. Still no word from the dr either way.

Drhouse - omg you have been busy. I hope you were able to get some rest. I felt that way all day yesterday. A bit behind on sleep. I get super tired around 7 then get my second wind and regret not going to bed early every morning. Finally went to bed at 9:30 last night, yay!

I'm trying to be cautiously optimistic because my temps are about the same place as last month but I dont really know when I O'd last month.

FF can be a PITA sometimes. I haven't had it move my periods but this morning it was showing all the wrong cycles after I tried to save something. For Sept it was showing Aug and Aug as July, etc. Not sure how I fixed it or how I messed it up either but it was weird.

There are some other sites you can chart on like ovacue, mymonthlycycles, etc.

Either way I let the countdown begin!!

Hmm. Today I felt a lot better. Starting to wonder if it was the baby aspirin.

My dang meeting got extended tomorrow so I can't make my bus home and I'll be out of town until Friday afternoon. Do you think I would need FMU for 12 dpo? Maybe I should wait until Saturday morning.

Id wait to be late!!!!!!!!!!

More exciting that way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cant wait to hear.....

Good Luck

drH
