39+ weeks and feeling extremly dizzy:(

so since yesterday iv felt really dizzy where the room is spinning and im not able to do muh because of it i thought it would have been gone when i woke up this morning but it hasnt im also feeling very hot, tired and my hands have yet again swollen cant clench ma fist without it feeling uncomfortable also just to add iv been eating and drinking ok anyone know what this could be? x

Call your maternity assessment unit it sounds v similar to pre eclampsia symptoms ! Xxx
