3rd baby feeling already?

I am just over 8 weeks and at night when I lie on my left side, I swear I can feel the baby. Not like kicking or anything, but I can feel something similar to baby movements, stretching or the like. It's hard to explain but does anyone else feel this?

I'm on my third pregnancy only 7 weeks so not feeling anything yet. I have a friend who said she felt movements from 10w 5d.
They do say you start to feel things a lot earlier with subsequent pregnancies.
