3rd trimester sickness(?)

Hi all,
just looking for some advice or see if anyone has experienced anything similar ...

i have recently entered the 3rd trimester and along have come the same symptoms i was suffering in early pregnancy ... including nausea (Strangly, in the evening as was my morning sickness!) Dizzyness, and strange eating habits ...

also along for the ride is constipation and an inability to drift off to sleep, and a uncomfortable amount of streching and moving from my little Angel ... (I'm quite a small lady for 8 months gone! ) so i feel like she's bursting through my tummy as she has no room left!!

I realize this may all be pretty normal, i just windered if there was anything more i can do to help some of the more uncomfortable symptoms?

Thank you, its atleast put my mind at rest, I'm a first timer so i get easily freaked out by every little thing ... i must sound so daft!! xx
