4 dpo crampy on chlomid?

30andready4: thanks for your input! I wondered if it was just the hormones and clomid playing tricks on me, I would like to think not but I quess I will have to wait and see. I just really hope my progesterone test comes back high so I know clomid actually worked and I can start having a chance. 14 days out and not AF yet sending baby dust your way, hope you see a BFP soon!!!!!!!

Sunshine: I wondered too if I was ovualting b/c of the cramps but I did a OPK test this morning and was negative. So maybe cramps related to the witch coming , or clomid realted?? I don't know anymore?!?! I was talking to my DH (who has been great through all this, nothing bothers him, wish I was the same) and I told him I am not mad were not prego get just getting sick of all these doc appts for nothing, the timed BD, and being let down. I just want to go to the doc for a baby check up not a blood test, ultrasound of my ovaries, etc. getting old. Sorry for my ranting but thats why I love this forum b/c sometimes I feel like you are the only ladies that understand. Oh and hold out your chart still says you in here's hoping!!

Funny thing- my left BB started hurting today- like it was being pinched. Not my right- just my left! lol Wow, I swear I don't even know what "normal" PMS feels like any more! It's like my reproductive organs called a mutiny against me and anarchy rules my cycle... lol

30&ready, yes I've seen the great sperm race, it is bloody brilliant! Your DH should really go for an SA hun, my DH had to have one before I was referred as I think its the most common cause of infertility? My DH came back great, but the FS said he should have a 2nd one as the results can change just like that. His last one was in May so I'm gonna try to persuade him to have one around xmas when we're off. Just to put my mind at rest! So if youve not had any progesterone tests how do they know you've nor ovulated hun? Regarding symptoms of clomid, I've had no flashes but bad moods & more creamy cm after ovulation than I normally get. I didn't have much cm but I use conceive plus which is like pre-seed also EPO & cough medicine though its vile lol.

Babyteach, how come you're taking provera if you don't mind me asking?

Hi frisbeemama, how long are you cycles usually or before your MC? And what day are you on now? I bet you're eager to test!

OOoo- this is so encouraging! I've been checking out photos of positive prego tests at https://www.fertilityfriend.com/tg/gallerySearch.php and it looks like the tests I use (the internet strips) kinda suck! :-D

Mrspttc, you for sure did o, I can tell on you chart. You can pretty much tell bc your opk and thermal shift. I'm not sure why your fs denies that and if he does, why doesn't he give you s progesterone test or scan you. Oh and I'm due today.

30, Thanks but my temp dropped a little this morning. The witch is around the corner. Have you thought about doing a trigger shot? You have more control that way.

I keep ovulating over the weekend/holiday and the only shot my OB has offered is one that is done in-office (and they are closed weekend/holidays)... Are there ones they can give you to take home?

I had the same thing yesterday! only on my left... also I've only had cramps on my left so thinking I'm a left ovulator this month

30andreay4: That's funny about the left bb hurting, I will cross my fingers for you that it is a sign!! What were the internet cheapies you bought that suck I just got some from the internet from early-pregnancy-test.com?? Have not used one yet since I am only 8 dpo (or hopefully I am ).

Today I have had mild heart burn since I woke up and all I have eaten is a bowl of cerel?? Ugh I wish we had more clear signs!!

MrsPTTC: I would have to take Provera again if my progesterone test says I did not ovualte to induce a period. Since I went off the pill in Feb. I have only had 3 AF and they were all provera induced. The first cycle she wanted to see if I would ovualte on my own after, which of course I did not. And the last two were induced so I could start clomid days 5-9 after. The first round 50mg I did not ovualte so I took provera again to induce a bleed so I could start clomid again this time 100mg days 5-9. That's the cycle I am on now and I had my progesterone test yesterday to see if I actually dropped and egg this time, hopefully I will know the results Monday!! I just want to know I dropped and egg and at least have a chance, it would be the first time I O'd in 10 months!!!! Sorry if that was long winded I just wanted to explain the whole situation . Hope the witch stays away for you!!

you do it before you ovulate so it makes you ovulate if your follicle is ready. to do that, they need to scan your follicles, once they are over 20 mm, they can trigger ovulation. If needed, you can also do it at home, it's very easy to administer it, my DH did it this past cycle.

Trust me, I knew nothing when we first started!

I haven't had a trigger as I O on my own but it is a shot to induce ovulation...some of the other ladies probably know more.

I am having a little O pain (just twinges, nothing too painful) again today - isn't that weird?

A trigger shot is an HCG shot that triggers ovulation once your follicle is ready. You then ovulate 36 hours after the shot so you can time your intercourse based on that. It costs about 80 dollars.

My cramps are gone and so is my mild heart burn, I feel fine actually so now I am afraid this means I am out. I am really dreading Monday b/c I am afraid my doctor is going to call and tell me I did not ovualte even though I got a positive OPK. I am usually a very optimistic person but sometimes this situation gets the best of me. Probally b/c in the last 10 months I feel like nothing good has happened (well except my DH got checked and he is excellent, which makes me feel worse b/c than I know it's all me and he wants a baby soooo bad ). So hopefully I am not out but I am afraid I might be...

babyteach - it's funny I feel more crampy, etc. and I think that means I am out. You feel less and you think that makes you out! This is just crazy what it does to us! I saw one teeny tiny pink dot when I wiped today and I wanted to bust out crying - it could have just been from a little rough BDing (haha) but I wanted to throw something across the bathroom! I want this to by my month so bad and for awhile I thought it was but now I just don't know. Either way I am just trying to be prepared and get pumped up for next month!

30&ready, I mean I assume you've been put on clomid as you're not ovulating, so if you've never had a progesterone test how do they know for sure?

Thanks sunshine, yeah i know I definitely ovulated anyway as I had follicle tracking. My FS said I can't rely on charting to tell that you've definitely ovulated, even if you do get a temp spike. I only temped last cycle to see how the clomid affects the temps, & I'm not temping this new cycle as it stresses me out, what will be will be lol, I'll just have to make sure we BD every 2-3 days like the FS said & more when I get a + OPK.

Babyteach, thanks for filling me in on the provera, I understand now .

They don't seem to offer trigger shots here in the UK, though maybe if during my scans the follicle was so big but didnt pop it may have been something they would've suggested x

Im not even sure what cycle day to call it.. my cycle was 27 days exactly every month until July thats when I had a large ovarian cyst on my right ovary. It ruptured on its own though so I didnt have to have any surgery, meds, or anything. Since then Ive had a 66 day cycle then a 44 day cycle and then Oct 2 I got a BFP but I miscarried so I bled the 11th till the 20th. I have had little twinges of pain on each side (moreso the right than left side) since friday.. so maybe I Od at that time? Im just hoping its not another cyst or cysts.. Ive been told I dont have PCOS though.

I do not think I have had a hsg done, what is it? I have had an ultrasound done to look at my cysts and my egg quality. My doc said I do have small cycts all over nothing to dramatic though and my eggs are mature and they're are a lot of them. Is that what you are talking about for a scan?

I am going to ask her about the trigger shot if I am out this cylce! Thanks again!

Marialex: I know right everything either makes you think you totally in or totally out. Ahhhh it drives me crazy, lol!! Seeing a little pink could be from implatation... I have not had any, I know you don't need too, but some woman do and maybe your one of them . I get the rough BDing sometimes it's liknda fun, TMI LOL! It's funny you say that your trying to get yourself pumped up for next month b/c I am starting to do the same thing, ugh, how are we already doing it to ourselves when were not completely out this month, that's what makes all this so hard the disappointment! So we will pray for each other for this month and if not hope for next .

MrsPTTC: my doctor told me temp charting is not the greatest thing either. She said it can be unreilable for ppl with PCOS. Why did you hear it can be unreiable?
