40 weeks plus 2 days,pains this am and yellow discharge

Not to sound like a negative nancy, but I was having the same, twinges every night, increase of discharge (though nothing show worthy) for the past nearly 3week's now, and I'm booked in to be induced tomorrow -fingers crossed there's space or it'll be thursday-

I hope that it is the start of something for you though! Keep active and enjoy a nice hot bath when the moment arises, see what happens

I agree with 2rockingboys, I'm 39+4 and have been having really bad pains for a few weeks now, these have worsened in the past few days plus lots of discharge but unfortunately it just doesn't mean labour is iminent. Its obviously a good sign that your body is getting ready but it could still be a while yet. Good luck x

the pains stopped for a few hours and now there like period pains with tightnings

Well is was labour and i have a beautiful baby boy
very difficult delivery and was forceps in the end
