4dpo, symptoms again, help please??

Here i am again! Quick re-cap, 7 chemical pregnancies in 11 months, finally found out i have low progesterone (last months day 21 test was a level of 2!) So took agnus castus from cd1 this cycle, am now about 4dpo and getting the early pg symptoms i always get (nausea and loss of appetite.. have had 2 successful pregnancies and 4dpo is always round about the time i 'know' as unbelievable as that sounds)
I took agnus castus from cd1 up until i ovulated, now i am taking progesterone cream (20mg per sachet) but i've read online you need atleast 100-200mg a day to prevent a low progesterone chemical, is this correct?? I was going to take 2x20mg a day, but that seems a lot less than what other people have taken to carry a pregnancy, how much would you advise please?? Have another appointment with doctor but not until next week so unable to have a progesterone perscription, have to work this all out myself and am praying this time this one sticks!! Help please? x

there is no way to call your doctor and be seen earlier??

I had one early m/c and 2 chemical pregnancies...the last time I found out I was pregnant I called my doctor right away to get blood work done and was given progesterone suppositories. I have never heard of the cream. I would apply as much as I could if it means saving your pregnancy. but definitely try calling the doctor!

I'm not much help but I'm also wondering if I have low progesterone. I had a mc in Feb and suspected chemical last cycle. Am thinking of starting agnus castus. I was using progesterone cream in my last pregnancy but I MC at 8 weeks. Will your Dr prescribe progesterone pessaries? I've seen several people on here taking them.

Also I've read a lot of conflicting stuff about agnus castus. Some sources say you should stop it at O but others say it's safe for the whole first tri and can keep your levels up. I've certainly read several threads on here where ladies have kept taking it for first tri.

Thanks for the replies ladies! My doctor is useless. A few times i have asked for progesterone and have been told they will no perscribe it until i have a number of 21 day blood tests that all indicate low progesterone, and then i can only get it off a fertility specialist which has a waiting list of atleast a few months
I took 3x 20mg yesterday, inner arm, other inner arm, inner thigh and other thigh this morning.. don't know if this will help at all but i feel like atleast i'm TRYING to do something :/ ordered my pg tests they should be here today or tomorrow so let the poas commence... lol. Do you guys think 60mg progesterone cream a day sounds ok? How quick does the cream increase levels does anyone know? Thanks again xx

I'm using progest cream, had it off ebay, £27 for 48 sachets of 20mg.. have been using 3 a day so they will only last 16 days, works out quite expensive really but if it works and i get a sticky bfp i won't be complaining! X
