5 DPO - New and clueless - SEVERE Constipation! :(

Hello, this is my 2nd official cycle TTC and I am currently 5 dpo. I am having very similar symptoms to last month which (I think) ended in a chemical pregnancy. Hoping this month it ends better. I am not really sure if I am having PG symptoms or just regular cycle stuff but it doesn’t seem usual for me and my predictable cycles. I’ve been on both the pill and IUD and my cycles have always been consistent, predictable, and pretty identical each time.

Both, this month and last month after O I have had VERY tender breasts and severe constipation. (TMI alert – SORRY!) When I mean severe I mean immediately after O I have days and days where I go a couple days w/o a BM, am super backed up, painful and even some blood when I finally go from fissures that are caused by being so backup up. UGH! It sucks!

I have had issues with constipation my entire life but this month and last (since TTC) have been the worst months on the record!

Anybody else have these symptoms more than usual when PG or TTC? I know it’s so similar to just normal cycle symptoms which is why I wonder if anyone who’s gotten a BFP had these symptoms worse than usual like I am.

Also would love to find people at a similar time in cycle as me to update and share info with!!
