Hi, I'm 7 DPO today, AF is due on the 3rd Sept so just a few days apart. Last cycle I didn't really think about the 2ww but this time it already feels like forever!

Think I should prob stop counting down the days really! But you know how it is.

I am also 6 DPO! My cycle are roughly 28 days, but I ovulate later in my cycle, and with this month being the first month I took clomid, I really didn't ovulate until day 22, so I have no idea when to expect my period! Good luck to you! Would love to be your TTC buddy!

AMIII - We are TTC our first. We got married in January and have been actively trying since, so this is our eighth month. I noticed my luteal phases were borderline too short, so I went to the fertility specialist at my ob/gyn and she tested all of my hormones. They came back normal, aside from my 7 DPO progesterone test, which was 7.7 and she said she wanted to see it above 10. I tried using natural progesterone cream after ovulation to try to lengthen my luteal phase, but that didn't work, so she has prescribed me Clomid and I took that this month. So essentially I ovulate, but perhaps not very well, which is why I don't produce enough progesterone during the second half of my cycle. The clomid delayed my ovulation soooo long though that I don't feel like it helped me this month. I ovulated on day 21-22 (last Sunday-Monday) and I feel very PMSy, including cramps, sore boobs and very emotional. I actually fell down in my living room tonight and my husband saw it and I was laughing and crying at the same time! Very sappy today, it would be awesome if it was an early pregnancy symptom, but I try not to get my hopes up anymore.

How about you? How long have you been trying? Have you been having difficulties?

@Bentlee heard that leg ache is a pregnancy symptom so fx for u! Im fine, no symptoms except cramping a little on and off but nothing worth mentioning.

@myvirgoways how spooky! we are also ttc our first, we also got married in january and i also ovulated 21-22, sunday-monday haha! creepy! when is ur anniversary? ours is 30th january. we havent been preventing since we got married but seriously ttc since march. i know its not such a long time but im starting to get frustrated :/. dont know whats wrong. if i get a bfn this month im going to call my doctor and see if me and hubby can get a check up. hope this is our month tho! good luck ladies!

So 8DPO today, boobs feel slightly tender but that's it no other symptoms at all. I am hoping this is a good sign as last month I had really bad cramps, backache, sore boobs etc and AF showed up, so maybe the opposite is a good sign!

Not having day 21 progesterone levels checked this month as the Doc didn't think it was necessary with me ovulating last cycle, so I won't know if I def ovulated or not this time, just have to wait and see what happens.

So that's good to know but I'm trying not to hope for a BFP, just so I won't be too upset with a BFN. Hope it works So we're quite a bunch being 8DPO here... how exciting! My fxed for each and every one of you.

KatCrazy: No, no symptoms yet :/. Last month i imagined loads of them so this cycle im just kind of "chillin" haha. Youre symptoms sound promising tho! Hope its a bfp lurking around the corner!

Was like a loonatic. said to myself am definetly not doing this again! cause i cried for like hours when AF showed :S. I see ur in germany! were pretty close, im in sweden and i have an uncle who lives in germany. visit him every year !

Amiii.. I def don't mind you asking I'm 28 and my OH is 26. I've already noticed that we aren't that far apart. Do you know the Stena Line ferries? I live close to the city that is connected to Göteburg (don't know if you spell it that way, too) by the ferries. Actually I've been to Göteburg last April I joined "my" Stena Scandinavica's (now Stena Spirit) last journey on that route. I've been totally addicted to that ship since I was a kid

So where in Sweden do you live? I've spent a couple of holidays up there and I love it!

@amiii - That is crazy!!! hahahahha! You're like my other half, on the other half of the earth! My husband and I get married on January 22. He's 29 and I just turned 29 on Friday. We've been ttc since January, but we didn't start using ovulation predictor tests until around March or April and at that point realized I didn't ovulation until day 17-18. So for February and March we were BDing up until day 14 - typical ovulation day.

I never dreamed I'd find it difficult to get pregnant. And at the same time EVERYONE around us is pregnant. We just found out my husband's brother is expecting with his girlfriend (they tried for two months, don't know why they were trying at all really, but that's a long story). Then his other brother and his wife are expecting too. Then ladies at work...and family members' significant others. It's crazy! But I've gotten over feeling cheated about it and am just trying to focus on being happy and healthy and having a little faith that it will happen. I was always hoping to start a family before 30.

I find out my 7 DPO progesterone levels tomorrow which should help tell me if Clomid helped me at all this month. I feel very PMSy though...no different than when I normally get ready to start my period. My husband hasn't been tested yet, but I'm considering having him tested too in case there is an issue there.

How does your husband feel about your lack of progress thus far? My husband gets pretty upset because he wants a family so badly. Do you use ovulation predictor kits? Do you track your cycle or do temping? I'm considering tracking my basal body temp this next cycle if I get the dreaded AF.

Oh that's pants, let's hope they can shed some light on it for you. Maybe they will ask you to try a higher dose of clomid, I didn't ovulate until I had a much higher dose.

I Amiii, sorry to hear that, me too mine showed a couple of days ago. I am just trying to look on the bright side as I have now ovulated 2 months in a row which is progress! On day 3 of my clomid and none of the usual nasty side effects.

I hope you feel a bit better soon and can continue your TTC journey. Keep in touch won't you.
