9 week old not drinking enough oz??

Hi everyone.
My baby girl is 9 weeks old and is on Aptimal First milk and is still only taking 3 - 4 oz every 2 - 3 hours.
Seems like she's been like this forever!
On a good night she can sleep 3 - 4 hours and still will only take 3 - 4 oz.
I know she's obviously happy with this amount and seems to be gaining weight okay, I'm just wondering is there anyone else in a similar position?
My HV said she should be on about 6 oz now and there's no way she would drink that in one sitting. Soon as she's had enough then she's had enough.
I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on when it will likely go up to 5 oz?

If she's gaining weight, then she's fine. My 5 month old doesn't even take 6oz at once.

Yep jess is the same and on the last weighing had only put on 2oz and it worried me that she isn't taking enough, I try everything to encourage her ( trying to keep her awake longer, fast flow teat so she has more energy for longer, anti colic bottles for better air flow, feeding on a support pillow ....) at the end of the day if she won't take any more what can we do ?!

I am waiting to see how much she weighs on Tuesday as am getting quite worried, thing is she is happy in herself, nappies are fine so wonder if that's just the way she is tho worry that she can't stay on this amount forever,willshe one day just take more

If she's gaining weight, then she's fine. My 5 month old doesn't even take 6oz at once.

Snap! Try not to worry hun, i know its hard but as long as she is gaining weight and not dropping down the charts she is getting as much milk as she needs x

I've got a nine week old and hes only just started drinking 4-5 oz. Forever he was at 3-4 oz. And still he drinks 4 oz often. Generally he takes about 25-30 oz a day. How much is yours taking in a day?

Is your baby taking more than last week or the week before? I'm sure your just fine if diapers are wet and your getting regular poops. That and her personality are the best indicators.
