Hi everyone! I'm a 20yr old college student, majoring in Audiology. I have a boyfriend of 1.5yrs to whom I hope to be engaged and then married soon!
I joined this forum because after quitting the contraceptive pill due to stomach problems, I noticed signs of pregnancy and took a test. To my surprise, it was positive! I am very nervous and a little scared, but also very excited, because I have always dreamed of when I was old enough to be a mother. I wish my dream could've stalled a few more years, but the cards have been dealt and it's best just to deal with them.
I have 3 kittens who also think I'm their mommy (I'm as good as!) I go to school and my part time job and for now am just trying to make it through college.
By joining this forum I hoped to find help and support through this new, frightening, exciting life experience. Because, frankly, I may be good at reading a textbook but I don't know too much about parenting (or being pregnant!).
Thanks in advance for all the help and advice and stories, I'm looking forward to it.
