My name is Natascha, 32 years old. 1 child (boy) 13 years old. Known my husband for 18 years, our 3rd time at bat and our 3rd marriage each. My husband doesn't have any children but has adopted my son. We have been trying to concieve since June 2008.

While preggers with my son, I was told I had a tumor on my left tube and ovary 32 cm in diameter and the docs removed it while I was 6 mos preggers along with the tube and ovary. I had 2 MC since then. My DH has had vericose surgery...but that didn't help with his low SC.

After 2 years of trying naturally and no luck, we decided to go to a fertility dr in Nov 10'. This whole process has been over whelming and quite confusing so I have decided to find and join a site to help me understand better what I have been putting my body through. My husband understands everything completely, but when we walked out the clinic, i was completely lost.

As of right now the process has been Desogen, childrens asperin 1 1/2 pills daily, prefera B daily, and prescription folbic daily. I started Repronex 2 AMPS last thursday, was bumbed up to 3 AMPS monday evening and have had 3 ultrasounds and am suppose to be triggered with Novarel either Fri or Monday coming up.

All of my mensus have been quite regular most of my adult life. 28 day cycle. 4 days of...etc. When working around women their cycles usually changed to fit my cycle.

Anywho, I am at the point that I am tired of trying, how much longer should I keep trying? How long should I try after starting the timed intercourse and injections? Should I graduate to IUI and others if the last step didn't work? My son is 13 and will be out of the house in 5-6 years and my husband doesn't understand that I was looking forward to being able to travel and be me finally. Am I acting selfish or is this my emotions from the failure of not being able to concieve? No kidding, EVERY single one of my friends are pregnant and there have been times where I wanted to discontinue our friendships bc I was jealous instead of happy for them. I am becoming more angry than hopeful even moreso now bc one of my acquaintences is pregnant and...I don't believe should be (drugs, partying etc). I am so confused and feel so alone right now....AHHHHH, I FEEL LIKE SUCH AN EMOTIONAL IDIOT RIGHT NOW, I cry at commercials.

Well thats why I signed up, my DH just doesn't understand, and I don't feel righ talking to my pregnant BFF.
