I'm tremendously lucky to be married to my best friend --- no really, we were best friends for 6 years before we got together romantically! Up until a few years ago, I considered myself a childfree-by-choice sorta lass, but started coming around to the idea of kids when a good friend of mine got pregnant and popped out the most amazing baby, LOL. Still, this pregnancy wasn't exactly planned, and now, 25 weeks in, I still sometimes wonder what we've gotten ourselves into! We're expecting a girl on June 2, 2011, and I am equal parts excited and terrified about this most of the time. I am a feminist, an atheist, and a frequently-frustrated optimist!
