Hi there, I'm new to this site. After signing up and posting on 2 other different sites with no response to my posting questions, I thought I'd try this one. I hope to have more responses and to feel like I'm not in this situation alone !

I found a single gay 30 yr guy that I'm going to conceive with, he wants to raise the baby with me. We are waiting to try right now. We met about a month ago and so we are getting to know each other and getting a lot of the details figured out before we start trying. I told him I'd like to start by the end of the summer, so like 4-5 months from now. I am so excited and I'm 99% sure I've found a great guy to be my baby's daddy. He has always wanted to be dad, and is very flexible and understanding.

I am hoping that self insemination will work for us at home with a kit.

Any advice is appreciated, as long as it is positive
