Accupressure

Does anyone know anyone who has done this and it was successful? I keep reading about how successful it is but I don't know anyone who has actually tried it

I had accupuncture (not pressure)about half way thru my pregnancy for neck pain. I didnt have the pain again.....dunno for sure if that was why or if it just went away!!! x

hey! I tried it when I was pregnant, and it didn't work for me, but a lot of people are different, so give it a try, there is no harm! Good luck!

i tried it last week. all i have to show for it is a bruise on each leg haha!

I heard the one to stimulate is between your finger and your thumb

Ive not tried it but also read really good things about it. Its supposed to be really good for Full-term women. I also read one of the good places to do it is inbetween your thumb and finger. There are a few other places to do it though. x
