Is anyone on here having accupuncture whilst TTC or thinking about having some? Has it helped and what are your thoughts? I have had a lot accupuncture in the past for pain problems and found it amazing, now thinking of making an appointemnt to thelp us whilst TTC and with the start of Clomid next month. I though it may help balance my sytem and also relax me, what do you all think?

Hey

I have accupunture once a fortnight and hydro once a week for my back and hip problems, don't know much about it helping with ttc but know for a fact it has definitely improved the monthly cramping... win win happy hips and less menstrual pain.

I shall ask when I go to physio on friday about it helping with ttc. Thanks for this, would never thought of it before :)

I have been thinking about this for some time... have heard lots of goods stories but trying not to get carried away. I also have back problems, so hope fully two birds with one stone. I shall pop back when I finally pluck up the courage! (Needles are scary!!!) . Let us know how you get on if you do decide to do it. xxx Good Luck xxx

I fully believe in accupuncture in the relief of pain and getting the body working properly. Considering you're going through Clomid, I certainly think it wouldn't be a bad idea at all. It has helped a number of my family members/friends with some pretty serious problems where western medicine has been an epic fail.

I had accupuncture done when I first came off BC and it was great at regulating my body and minimizing the effects of coming off the pill. But since I don't have any other complaints, i've felt no need to continue going. I FULLY intend on going back once I'm pregnant to help deal with any not-so-nice symptoms of pregnancy.

I'm a believer. :)
