Acid reflux.. Help!

Anyone else suffering with this yet? Third day in a row and its killing me. Im taking gaviscon but i dont know what else i can do. Not seeing a midwife til next week

Tums dont work for me.. At all!
I switched to gavison which only mildly helps. Im sleeping up on three pillows which is uncomfortable, but i have to.

Im going to be asking about so ething stronger like zantac at the midwife next week.. This is horrible.

Yep! I had chronic reflux before getting pregnant & I've had to come off my meds for the pregnancy. I hate it, it makes me feel dizzy! Ugh. Gaviscon helps a tiny bit, but not as much as my old meds did!

Zantac is brilliant. I was taking 12 (max amount) of rennie on a daily basis then changed to zantac. Only need to take 1 a day and its so much better xxx
