I've been given an excellent recommendation for one baby sling (the Close Baby Carrier), but I was wondering what others recommend too. Did you all use this one, or did you have a selection of carriers? Are some better for certain activities than others? Will be buying second-hand so need to be as open to suggestions as poss, just in case my first choice isn't for sale at the time. And advice and suggestions much appreciated.

Thanks gals xx

i love using my sling, its very similar to the close one its called kari-me sling and has all the ways you can put it on to change the way you carry the baby.

it is pretty comfy but the heavier baby gets the more it does your back in.

I used that one and it was wonderful. Sent it to Molly (milkmachine,) not sure if she uses it though x

i use a close baby carrier i combine 50/50 with my pram as well depending on where i'm going if its busy the i carry him its great if your going somewhere like a market or shopping where you need lifts and food shopping or just hanging the washing out, its great for going on buses as well.
the close doesnt dig in anywhere and is sewn into place its crossed over in the right place. all you have to do is pull the ends to make it tight, when i put rhys in it now he automatically puts his head to the side he's a pro haha.

I personally loved my Babyhawk..it's a mei tai carrier. It's great for tiny babies and toddlers, you can wear it on front or back, I wore him on my back ALL the time so I could get stuff done around the house. I have pics but I'll have to find them if you want to see :)
