Advice on excercise

I am down to my goal weight but still have a bit of firming to do. So been doing excercise jilliam micheals burn fat boost motabolism everyday but I'm going back to work next week 3 days but I will be working long days plus have 2 kids to look after what would you do get up a hour earlier a d get it done or just do it 4 days aweek? X
 
I think it depends how you feel. I'd probably aim for the 4 days then if you feel energetic before/after work do it then. But don't overdo it. X
 
I would do what works best for you. I only workout 4 days a week in general. I need a rest day mid week to recharge and let my muscles recover and we're so busy on the weekends it's impossible to fit a workout in. I did the same last time I lost weight and got really good results in the end
 
start with the 4 days per week and once things stall add in an extra day a week. this way you have somewhere to go instead of burning out too quick
