Advice please reagrding the "NUB"

Hi ladies ...Im slightly confused as I have had feedback from this pic but I am unsure what is the "NUB" as you can see in this pic (If you zoom in) you can see 2 lines!! one bold white line one thin white line above !! what one is the nub ? any feedback would be much appreciated ...love of love from a mum of 8 with no idea xx

it's that little white thing poking out from the middle of the babies bottom on the left side between the tummy and the leg

if you start your eye at that black circle (the stomach of the baby??) and just move your eye to the left of the pic you'll run smack dab into the nub, thats a girl nub sticking straight out

if you look at my avatar youll see a little nub sticking out right by the letters CRL, it also sticks straight out and Im having a girl
