I'm looking for advice / re-assurance as I'm going stir-crazy not knowing where I'm at or what's going on!

Quick Summary:
On Depo 3 yrs / then Cerazette 5 yrs = 8 Yrs of No Periods!
Stopped on 23rd of Feb this year & waited 3 months for 1st
Had my period 15 > 19th June and began using my Boots Fertility Monitor
Guessed (should realy have used OV Test) that I'd be OV'ing 2 wks later over the Bank Holiday weekend so had lots & lots of
The first week after I definately felt "different" and convinced myself I was
Then last week I felt like AF was due and convinced myself I wasn't
It's now 32 days now since AF last showed so to be honest I feel -

Plus I'm going on my Hols Friday and wondering if I should allow myself to Drink? This really is torture, anyone with me?
