AF started yesterday. super high temp. today.

First month temping but also first month using progesterone cream and b vitamins. They delayed AF maybe 1 or 2 days. Lp was still only 11 days.

Anyways, I took my last dose of vitamins and progesterone cream two days ago in the evening when I started more heavily red spotting. Now today, my temp was the highest it has been all month by .25 degrees. Is that normal? Took hpt this morning just in case and bfn.

I feel like maybe I should not use prog. Or b vitamins next month so I can have a normal cycle for temping. I am planning to see a doctor after this cycle.

i read on FF that some people get erratic temps during AF, it's probably nothing to worry about.

i agree dont worry u could have a bit of a bug and temps go funny when on af x
