After 10 months of really irregular periods I finally got a positive OPK

Hi! So after I stopped the pill last June I had three periods, and one of them was because after 100 days my Obgyn gave me a progesterone pill. I thought this month I had to do the same thing to make it come. Last week I started feeling really dizzy, with crazy flu like chills, some cramping etc. I have never ever noticed ovulation symptoms before. This Sunday the ppk gave me 2 positives at different times of day, extreme nipple soreness (I never have this pain) and ewcm. So we had party time! I also got a dip a few hours after last positive test and today is already starting to rise. My nipples still hurt a lot and I was wondering for those of you who know when you ovulate if this is a common symptom and how long does it last. I would be happy I even ovulated on my own! And what should I be expecting during these two weeks before I can test? I am a newbie since this is the first time I catch ovulation. Thanks!
