Do you give LO anything after lunch? for example, a yoghurt?
i give him pudding/yoghurt/fruit after dinner but i reckon he could eat a little more after lunch like a yoghurt..

do you give your LOs anything?
x

I used to only give LO a 'pudding' after his mail meal (which is lunch), usually a yogurt or a fruit pot. Have somehow started doing it after his smaller meal in the last month or two - usually a baby biscuit and fruit pieces (especially nice to have some finger food if the meal has been spoon fed).

I have always given Harrie a yoghurt with lunch, why not? Tis good for them!

I've always given my DD either a fruit pot or yogurt after lunch, one way to add an extra portion of fruit to the day! X x

Fran has a couple of pots of fromage frais after lunch and a fruit pot after dinner (or vice versa lol)

Ryan gets a pudding after lunch and dinner usually a yogurt then a fruit pot or i do them the other way round so he is getting one of each :)

I don't give a pudding with lunch, I give him finger foods after his meal. Sometimes he has Ella's cookies so I guess that could be a pudding :)

My lo has a fruit pot after lunch and a yoghurt after tea. He always has some kind of finger food with his meals

Today after lunch I gave LO some grated cheese.

depends if he still wants more food. Yesterday he ate a sweet potato puree, then had mashed banana for dessert and ate alot! The last few days hes been very greedy with food:haha: Hes been STTN those 2 nights aswell which is good

I give my Lo a yog or fruit pot after lunch and tea and she loves it :winkwink:

i give my lo either yogurt or fruit after her lunch and after her tea finger food like a organix biscuit or more fruit
best of luck you will strike the right balance!
