Im only on day two lol. So far, so good.
I get out of breath a lot faster than OH, but his muscles get sore a lot faster than mine, so were about on the same page

i was 5'6 110pds before being pregnant gained 40 pds right after delivery weighed 130 lost 20 pds and now im down to 120 its been 3 weeks my stomach is almost right at what i was pre birth :0 i have the tummy binder to it helps its a ab binder that goes around you stomach helps muscles stay tight and go back i am in a size smal and its getting to big! thats a good thing

Hope you don't mind that my belly isn't actually showing but you can still kinda see the difference. I'm bigger now than i was even 12 weeks prego 12 weeks, 31 weeks, and now.

But in my defense, I had a horrible traumatic birth, ages recovering, LO had tongue tie so feeding was agony, and I had awful mastitis twice before he was even 3 weeks old, and he STILL doesn't sleep for more than 2 hours at night... So I think I deserve something!!

Thanks I have a feeling its cos I'm a lucky cow? lol! Genes, my mum was the same. That and BF I guess, I also walk miles and miles with my LO; keeps me sane!

You look great! Jealous!! Lol.. Did you do any exercise or dieting? Or just the BF? x

Nope no exercise, I had A LOT of stitches! I was eating a lot cos of BF too... I know im very lucky... At 3 weeks it was still squidgy and spongy! It still is now which I pretend is down to baby, but really it's always been that way

I'm sure after my 2nd/3rd I won't be so lucky!!
