Ahh feeling upset!

Ahhh I was really convinced I was pregnant this time!

AF arrived this morning in all her glory and I got that heartbroken feeling again!

I have tracked my cycles now for a couple of months as before I was on the pill and they were all over the place. I am not pretty sure I have a 23 day cycle!

Any advice would be great!
