Is it just me but im so angry at them. what are they getting out of doing this. Then they wonder why older people hate our younger generation. Its just awful im guessing it wont be long before its iether derby or nottingham.

got the news on its gotten worse. have you seen the warehousr they robbed and set on fire Theyve started in nottingham now, looting and trying to get in the viccy centre scary stuff.

The places being rioted have been before. I don't think it'll come as far north tbh, people generally have different mentality up here. Plus there's not as big a population or huge council estates.

Has anyone heard anything about Leeds? People keep saying it's kicked off on facebook but can't find anything online about it. If it's not happened all ready it's bound too soon anyway there some right ones round here

Don't really want hubby to go to work in the centre today if it's all kicking off

Was just saying last night thank god Im having a homebirth don't really wanna be trapseing a newborn round Leeds if all this is going on!

Only just got round to watching the BBC News and I am shocked, disgusted and can't believe people could do this. Theres a bloke seriously injured in hosp with gunshot wounds,surely this is enough now, people have lost homes, there livelyhoods, and most of all memories amongst all this. I am disgusted to see such people behave in such a animal manner, and these people want to be given chances, respect. Im all for helping people and letting anyone have a chance but what a way to ask for it, and to also prove against this guy being shot seriously. This is no longer about that, its about what they can get now. Its going to carry on again tonight and IMO possibly throughout the week

I feel so ashamed to be English with all of this going on. I don't know anyone in London, so for me in the beginning it was nonsensical but not a threat to anyone I knew. Now it's a case of hoping that it doesn't spread to the cities where my loved ones live; I'm worried about their safety, yet there's nothing I can do

I'm so disappointed that people can be so ruthless with innocent people -
* pulling a lady from her car by her hair, just to take it for a joyride
* setting fire to people's homes while they are asleep inside; men, women and children all at risk
* a lady having her baby ripped from her arms and taken for over an hour. I am so thankful that the baby wasn't harmed, but so sad for the mother. She will never get that feeling out of her mind and it will change her life.

So so sad What is happening to my country?! It makes me so angry!
