Almost 36 and no eggs ttc for no.2

After six ivf cycles over the last 5 years we are giving up. Our last cycle ended in tears as we went to egg retrieval no eggs. I refuse to 100 percent give up and want to try naturally. My biggest problem is endometriosis. I believe there are a few good eggs but really it will be a miracle.

Anyone have heard of any success stories where someone got pregnant naturally after ivf?

Anyone struggling with endometriosis ? What are you taking to keep it at bay?

My friend who recommended my fertility clinic actually got pregnant naturally when her son was 8 months. She tried for 5 years had ivf got pregnant with him and had 7 eggs on ice. Then surprise.
