Am I ovulating today? timing Question

Last night pos OPK, bd. Of course I would have forgotten to temp yesterday. :/

This morning-neg opk, low temp.

When to bd? This morning? Tonight?

Both?! I'd go for morning if you can, as it's supposed to be slightly better but I think you'll be fine with waiting for tonight. You might be ovulating today, it's normally within 12-36 hours of LH surge. Last couple of cycles I've ovulated 48 hours after positive OPK though so keep BDing just incase. Good luck!

Thanks! I am trying to figure this opk thing out with temping but I am doing quite horrible with temping this month. I think the let down from last month has me not as focused because I was so confident last month. But this is motivating me for next month. Lol. I'm dealing with low count too and we have been doing way too much bding to get my hopes up. But I want to figure this out so I can better plan timing.
