who REALLY likes hospitals? I love the smell of them OK I may change my mind when I'm in agony in one, but it's nice to not have that dread about going into one! Should have been a doctor instead of a vet LOL!

lol tickled me. I hate them and go weak at the knees. if I didn't live in a block of flats with three dogs that like to be in the middle of everything I would home birth x

im not bothered about them tbh im not scared of them as i was the clumsiest child on the planet i was up there pretty much every week as a child lol but i dont like staying in them its just so boring! x

I was scared of hosptial but after ending up in hosptial 5 times with dehyration from severe sickness i actually dont mind them so much now cos i know if i go to hosptial i'll feel better soon but i hate being sick enough have to go!!

I previously didn't mind them but after practically living in the hospital whilst my son was in NICU it's put me right off. It's wierd though as part of me still finds that smell slightly comforting and the other part feels sick with worry as soon as I walk in the doors! xx

You know what, I'm quite the same. I love the smell, as it smells clean and I like being in hospital because I like being cared for haha. I'll probably detest it after I've given birth lol!

I don't mind hospitals at all! I imagine I'll feel secure there, and armed with a 3G wireless device and a tablet PC, I don't imagine I'll get too bored even if I stay a few days. Might change my mind after labor though, haha.

I don't like hospitals (thankfully, not planning to have a baby in one!), but I work in health research and I do strangely like other health settings. I kinda enjoy going to my GP and my midwife visits. I also really liked charting because I love data and data analysis. So I kinda understand what you mean!

I've always hated hospitals and their smell, they're always so cold and the bare rooms and scary tools make me anxious. I've gotten better now with my pregnancy so I hope it won't bother me much in the future, but yeah... I don't share your like for hospitals! lol

I went to the ER the other night because my friend got in a car accident and he thought he had a concussion. We were in the waiting room waiting for him as he got a CT scan and this twat came in to the waiting room and, loudly, went "UGH... THIS IS DISGUSTING" and rolled her eyes. I wanted to slap her!!! Yes hospitals house sick people but YOU walked into the ER, where there are people who are very much in need of medical care, and were completely insulting! If she kept her mouth going I probably would have said something, that's how much it irritated me.

I know not everyone likes hospitals, but this place was VERY clean, very well put together (nice furniture, nice decor, nice music going... vending machines, clean bathrooms, a front desk with people working, etc...). I just felt she should have kept it to herself :/

No issues with hospitals here
Worked in them for long enough, I don't find being a patient too traumatic and I love the clean smell thats in them - if your in a decent hospital that is!
