Am I wearing this Mei Tai correctly?

I recently got sent a Mei Tai and was wondering if I had done it up correctly or not?
Sorry the photos aren't very good, I was taking them myself with my phone, lol.

Cute carrier! I've heard that the rule of thumb is that you should be able to kiss their forehead, so maybe you should have LO up a little higher? And if I recall, instead of tying the sash across their back it's more comfortable to cross the ties under their bum (keeping the fabric spread out) then pass them under their legs and tie them behind your back (which will be more manageable if baby is up higher). My guy always wanted his hands in, but I think hands out is fine.
