Well I haven't really been active since last summer, but we carried on with femar until this month when I finally got another BFP but that also ended in a chemical pregnancy. Now I'm wondering if I should really push for progesterone treatment if I ever get lucky enough to get a third bfp

I'm so sorry for your loss. Any loss is heartbreaking, but it's somehow even more awful to lose one when you've been TTC for a long time.

There's a good thread on the miscarriage support forum, some interesting stuff about early testing for causes of a miscarriage. Since you've had two now it might be worth a try?

I hope you get your sticky bean very soon xo

I'm in a similar situation to you and my new OB actually told me as soon as I get another BFP to call them and they would prescribe it to me right away.

I know it's controversial, but I don't think it can hurt! Even if it extends a non-viable pregnancy, that might help to collect more information on the causes.

Of course I hope you get a BFP quickly and everything goes perfectly :)
