Jen that looks very similar to the mass I passed with my 2nd loss. My baby was about the same gestation as you. My OB said the placenta cells and embryo would all be encapsulated into one mass at that stage. I think that's what this is. I've seen your other posts and I think those are lining/blood clots.

Looks like second loss at 11 weeks baby died at 7 weeks 5 days but didn't pass till 11 weeks and it came out like this think it's placental etc,with my first mmc same gestation same time I lost 11 weeks I actually passed a large mass about the size of a large grapefruit that was placenta and sack and baby all in one and I actually saw baby in his sack ,sorry your going through this but looks normal for a mc hth xx
