Anterior here also. I started feeling flutters at 17, very few and far between. I started feeling daily kicks at 19 weeks.
I've popped over from 1st tri having a nosey, I had my scan on Monday and was 12+1, a couple of days before hand I felt my baby, have been feeling it pretty much every day since in the same spot, low down on my left hand side. At my scan I was shocked to find I have an anterior placenta. This is my second so I know what baby moving feels like and it's 100% baby I can feel. But only on that one side so I guess it's to do with where the placenta actually is. I'm guessing mine is probably further over to the right that's why I can feel baby on the left. I'm pretty amazed though as it's early to feel baby moving especially with an anterior placenta but it's possible!!! I've also felt pressure/churning feeling which I think it baby moving too. But those little pokes are unmistakable
Yes it could very well be! I'm not sure how big the placenta would be in comparison to the uterus and baby at this point but I guess if there's a space next to or below it there's definitely a chance you can feel baby when it's wriggling in that spot! I'm hoping mine it pretty high, I don't know as they didn't mention it to me when I had my scan just saw on my notes so will ask where it is at my 20 weeks scan.I've popped over from 1st tri having a nosey, I had my scan on Monday and was 12+1, a couple of days before hand I felt my baby, have been feeling it pretty much every day since in the same spot, low down on my left hand side. The I was wondering this, if it's not fully covering the front, just mainly. Mines right at the bottom no particular side so wondering if it's at the top and down a proportion if the front. I was sat on sofa other day and bent right over to the floor to wrap a present and felt a definite protest to been squished lol
