I have a recipe for a cake with 3 layers but really I would only want 2 layers!
Can I adapt it by taking off a third? How do I reduce the eggs as the recipe has 4, and what about the 1 and half tsp of baking powder and half a teaspoon of Bicarb?
Or is it more trouble than its worth!!!
