I have a recipe for a cake with 3 layers but really I would only want 2 layers!
Can I adapt it by taking off a third? How do I reduce the eggs as the recipe has 4, and what about the 1 and half tsp of baking powder and half a teaspoon of Bicarb?

Or is it more trouble than its worth!!!
 
Could you not just make the same recipe but share it between 2 tins instead of 3? Or you literally want to reduce the amount of cake? xx
 
Hmm never thought of that! It does a look a big cake in the picture so ideally I would want less cake but if its too much hassle I'll go with your suggestion, thanks!
 
I hope our cake was yummy, if you have too much I like cake :rofl: xx
