Any ideas to increase sperm count and motility ?

Hello girls!!! Let me first send Baby dust to you all!

Let me start....me and DH been Really ttc for 2,5 years now, another 10 year ntnp :/ In 2009 we decided we want baby and Bum from first try BFP, unfortunately it was ectopic.Then we been ttc but not really like chart and planning bd, but just bd a lot lol Nothing. Then, last January 2013 I got miracle bfp, which endet in mc at 7 weeks. I was curious, and keeping asking my Dr why it takes so long, so he demanded to check DHs swemmers ( my analysis been all perfect), They found out that dhs spermies has lower motility and count than it should be.Man,.....Dr conseil to do iui, we put our name on the list, but it takes 6 months for first iui try
So my question is, any of you girls, that have any conseils to increase count and motility ...share please! I really will appreciate, and will be in heawen if i will get bfp naturally, before iui
Last 2 months he been taking Maca, but still nothing

You want to try him on a high dose 2000mg vit c for 3 months then move onto vit E & selenium...My DH did that combo & it increased enough for a successful iui....This coupled with loose boxers & no alcohol for the 5 months leading to iui.

Thank you!!! I'm going to try those vitamins,.....will not have problems with the rest lol he always wear loose boxers, and he never drinks

Didn't want to read and run but a little birdy told me vitamin c and zinc is really good ..... I see you take maca ? i have just started taking it?? Do u notice anything different since you have started it? I have read a few success stories so fingers crossed! x

I'm taking maca and hubby also, increased libido for both lol That's all i noticed till now.......I also take Royal Jelly, didn't knew i can give it to DH also....will try that ;-) ......Thank y'all for answers!!!!

Same here 4 me anyway but hubby won't take it coz he can't stand the smell of it he's such a spoilt sport tehe! I have the powder so maybe I should give him the capsules
