I pump twice a day and my supply has been fine. I did have to give daycare a frozen stash for when he eats more than usual or I pump less than usual. I built up a frozen stash by pumping once a day usually in the middle of the night. He eats 12oz at daycare. My workplace added blinds to an office and that is the lactation room. I use a hands free bra and do computer work while pumping. It takes me 30 min to pump, sometimes 40 min including setup and put away. I put my milk in bags and the used pumping parts in the fridge and clean it when I get home. I bring 2 sets of pumping parts. I usually pump around 9am and 2pm. Then feed him once I pick him up at 5 and go home around 6. HTH
