Hi all
I am looking for some advice about whether it would be worth having personal training sessions or doing my own program.
The gym I go to has PTs but the sessions are quite expensive!! you also have to sign up for a minimun of 4 sessions so almost £200!! ouch.... can't afford that as going to SMP soon and that will ALL be eaten up by household bills!
I really need a program rather than someone watching over me.
I am needing to lose 2 stone, like CV exercise, mainly running but know I need to do weights as well
was thinking of a circuit style program.....
could anyone give me an example of their gym sessions or experience with a PT??
