I had Dominoes ...
3 slices off pizza, 2 slices of garlic bread, half portion of wedges and chicken strips
Pizza was 250 cals per slice
I said to myself i wouldnt eat tons but id been waiting all week for it and it smelt so good
I've just burnt 200 cals off, burnt 1600 off in total today, so almost levelled out
