I had Dominoes ...

3 slices off pizza, 2 slices of garlic bread, half portion of wedges and chicken strips :blush:

Pizza was 250 cals per slice :shock:

I said to myself i wouldnt eat tons but id been waiting all week for it and it smelt so good :rofl:

I've just burnt 200 cals off, burnt 1600 off in total today, so almost levelled out
 
Blah if you have a look on that site i go on caloriecount.about.com it calculates how many calories you burn just doing normal stuff based on a litle survey you fill in, its quite handy, then you can just add your extras from exercising onto the total
 
Actually I didnt eat my casserole, just had potatoes :rofl: I made the chicken dry and horrid so my cals are more like 800ish for the day!

Wow, all you ladies are doing much better than me today! I had an iced coffee for breakfast and half a chicken quesadilla for lunch. Dinner is pizza or Chinese, it's DH's pick (he's leaving tomorrow for a few months for a work thing, so it's kind of a goodbye dinner). I'm off for vacation in 6 days, too!
 
Well I think I'm done for the day and only 1036 calories :happydance: Burnt off about 930. Still scared about weighing in on Monday :rofl:
 
How's everyone done today?

I've done pretty well and am fairly confident about weigh in tomorrow. Hoping to get 2lbs off.
No exercise today but total calories are 850 :D So i've had a really good week tbh. We'll see tomorrow! Mum bought me a huge thing of profiteroles too :dohh: so might treat myself tomorrow ;o
 
Had a fairly good day, gone just over 1200 cals, but i had a tuna mayo baguette at lunchtime as we were out shopping, it was the healthiest thing around but stiill mega cals :hissy:

Have burnt off around 1600 cals though so still more than ive eaten!!

Hope ive lost something tomorrow!!
 
Not long now ladies!!

Had a terrible day on Friday.... In the morning I'd lost 2lbs but I had a chinese take away (I blame my mum! She said come down for dinner!).

I've been good today (minus the bacon baguette :rofl:)
 
I've had a bad day again today :( Had Ready Brek and 2 bananas for breakfast, then I had a double cheeseburger and oreo mcflurry for lunch, cream tea in marks and spencers, and then had a bowl of cereal and a packet of crisps when I came home... I don't have a clue how many calories I've had, but I did walk around Cardiff for about 4 hours so hopefully have burned a few of them off :)
 
Get your butt back into the swing of things then Mrs!!

Your almost there .. dont give up already!!
