Any "skinny" girls dieting? *Support Group*

I was excellent yesterday came in just under the 1500 calories :happydance: Didn't do any exercise though but I'm sick as a dog so I'm allowed to skip that in my opinion :dohh: And today I've only had coffee so far....then again it is only 624am here :coffee:
 
I was really naughty yesterday, went over my 1400 calories by eating a milky bar, wispa and a bottle of normal coke, and half a packet of Seren's rusks! Don't know what came over me :dohh:
Today will be a better day! :blush:

I was sat there, justifying it to myself... "Well I only had 900 calories on friday so that means that I ate 500 cals less that day, so surely a few chocolate bars won't hurt, it'll just catch me up" :muaha:

Today so far so good, had some ready brek, a piece of toast and a cup of tea 395kcals down, 1005 to go (I'm sure I could sneak a piece of cheesecake into that!:blush:)
 
I weighed myself :blush: and was 1lb less than I was yesterday :shock: prob just water though!

Did quite well yday and im gonna do well again today! Had a cup of tea and a bowl of cereal with one of amelies little stars yoghurt instead of milk :) nom nom. Gonna have a pita with a bit of ham on it for lunch in about 30mins then have chicken and penne for dinner :D
 
Sounds like a pretty good day all round for everyone

Today ive had, tea and 1 slice of marmite on toast for brekkie, sandwich, crisps and salad for lunch, and thai green noodles with mixed peppers, red onion and king prawns, it was delish!! and only 343 cals!! Not bad for a dinner :)

Burnt off about 250 cals exercising!!

So ive done 990 cals today, will treat myself tonight so i go just over 1,000 again :muaha:
 
omg im so lazy :( just cba exercising. done well food wise today; 820cals.. but im gonna FORCE myself to do a workout.
 
Ok ok ive just had some humous and breadsticks so i think ny total by the time i go to bed will be near on the 1200 mark :rofl:

I think I belong in this group! I'm really close to my goal, only 3-5 lb more to lose (depending on the day, because I seem to fluctuate 1-2 lb all the time, lol). I'm so bad with eating junk, I do it nearly every day. I'll eat very little all day and then when DH comes home, eat a small bag of chips and some ice cream or a piece of cake. It's addictive!
Today I've had a smoothie with kefir and blueberries, a tomato and avocado salad with feta cheese and balsalmic vinegar and a wwheat pita to the side for lunch, an orange and string cheese for a snack, and for dinner I'm making chicken and cheese enchiladas in wwheat tortillas. Yummm!

It's gonna be hard to keep eating well because I'm going on vacation soon, leaving on the 3rd and going away for 3 weeks!!! I'll be lucky if I don't gain!
 
I just remembered I'm going to the Highland Show on Friday and they have a massive food hall with like 100 exhibitors giving away samples! I aint gonna be able to resist the cake, icecream and fudge and then I'll need to have lunch from a van :blush: mmm steak sandwiches! :( I'l weigh in on Fri morning and then if I gain (which I will LOL) I'll have to get back to where I was by Monday. I'll prob end up losing out of half a weeks loss for one day but w/e!

Saturdays is going to be my day off so i can treat myself to a takeaway or something :rofl:
 
I'll prob eat like 4lbs worth :rofl: O well, il jsut need to exercise lots that night.. if i can still move :rofl: Will prob need to be rolled from the car!
 
Today has been okay, Ready Brek and 1 piece of toast for breakfast, 3 rusks :blush:, 2 cups of tea, cheese sandwich, mediterranean cous cous and minted lamb chops for tea :)
All in all 1190kcals today :happydance:

My cravings are killing me though! I really really miss my chocolate and cake!
 
Dont talk to me about cravings ... im usually sat down at this time of night with a cuppa and a sweety or chocolate. Its my little habit :hissy:

Same here... I just settled on half a can of sliced peaches with my tea... So not the same! :hissy:
 
I've done really good today as well coming in at just 750 so far and planning on having "Dirty Rice" for dinner. No workout today though...unless you count coughing :hissy:
 
I was doing well yesterday until my OH cooked dinner.... He done burgers and chips.. And i couldnt even be bothered to do myself a side salad :blush:

Oh well, I've already told him that on Sunday when we go shopping, I'm getting myself salad and fruit and that'll be breakfast lunch and dinner... If that's all that's in the house, then I won't have much choice!


As for exercise.... hmm.. I done 20mins on Mon and walked round quite a bit yesterday. This evening I'm hoping to get on the cross trainer or rower for at least half hour.
 
Sounds like everyones doing pretty well

I guess the trouble is when you dont have such a big amount of weight to lose your not as strict with yourself? If you have a bad day you have a bad day you know ...

I got up late today so havent had any breakfast as it would only be another couple of hours until lunchtime, and now im bloody starving :hissy:
 
Well todaaaaaay I've had dry cereal with my cuppa and a bagel for lunch. Cant believe my cinnamon raisin bagel has 365 cals :shock: For dinner I'm making chicken and chorizo jambalaya which will be about 450cals so total for today will be 910cals. Ive managed to stay under 1000 so far (mind ive only done 3 days :rofl:) when my max is 1500 :D better lose this week ffs I hate dieting!
 
My day hasnt been so great, had nothing for breakfast .. then a cheese and salad sandwich with a packet of crisps and a cuppa for lunch, then went to see my nan and she gave me full fat coke :grr:

Going to have jacket potato and tuna mayo with salad for dinner, think i'll be pushing the 1200 mark tonight but as long as i dont go over right ;)
