Any "skinny" girls dieting? *Support Group*

Today's been okay... I ended up having a medium caramel frap with whip last night, though! Boo on Starbucks for having so many good drinks!

Today I had a yogurt smoothie for breakfast, salad with bread for lunch, and tonight I'm making a pesto veggie pizza on a whole wheat crust. Mmm! Now if I can just limit my sweet intake, I'm in business!

But what i mean is ... are any of you girls dieting to loose "little" weight ... ie. under a stone?

Ive started by diet today ... i need to drop 9lbs to get to my goal of 9st!!

Anyone else needing to loose just those last few lbs?

i want to loose 10lbs hon im finding this last lot of weight soooooo hard to shift! some friends have said they didn't loose the last of their weight till they stopped bfeeding so don't know if thats true or not?!

im pretty shit at 'dieting', i have always eaten what i wanted in moderation, so im exercising more than dieting! i have a spin bike at home so im using that and walking as much as i can too!

i have lost a pound in the last week, tho that could have just been the last poo i had?!:rofl:

Im going to bust my butt in my stepper machine in a minute to try and burn off some off these calories ive had today ... 1127 so far :shock:

Still under 1200 but thats bad compared to Mon & Tues
 
I'm about to ruin my day! I've had Ready Brek, 2 cups of tea and a sandwich, which hasn't come to much, but I'm about to have a microwave curry a rustlers burger, and a wispa, which takes me to 1261kcals for the day, and no exercise.
Tomorrows not going to be great either, having a curry night at OH's parents, think that will be my day off.

I think we should all check in with our weights on Monday and i could perhaps update the OP with a list of how much each person has lost so far? Give us a bit of extra motivation!!

Yeah, Im in :D Mondays are my weigh in day anyway. I weigh myself first thing in the morning naked :rofl:
 
Yeah mondays my weigh in too, not much hope for this week, but as long as I havn't gained, I'll be happy!
 
I hope to have dropped 1lb at least by monday!!

Im sure if you took my boobs off i'd almost be at my target already :rofl:
 
I've done really good today I'm allowed 1500 a day and coming in at 736 right now. Coffee for breakfast, A ham sandwich for lunch well half of one cause I REALLY wanted a fudge round :rofl: and this evening we're having spanish rice so I'll come in under :happydance:Did a 20 minute workout for me which honestly my thighs and belly are gonna pay for later :muaha:

Ok ok i was sneaky and got on the scales this morning ... 9st 8lbs, so if theres any truth in that ive lost 1lb ... we shall see come Monday :lol:

They were just there in the bathroom calling me this morning "come on holly, get on, you know you want to" :rofl:
 
Well done PP and Blah! I'd tell you if I've lost any but I'm scared to look cause I know if I didn't I'll be very very upset lol
 
Ooh well done PP and Blah!

I weighed myself on Mon and had my 8wk check on Tues and the Dr weighed me... it was 2lb's heavier than my scales at home. I nearly cried!

I blame the fact I was dressed and had something to eat. Usually when I weigh myself it's before anything to eat or drink and in my pj's.


I did have a sneaky weigh in mid-week and I was down a quarter of a pound, how lame! But AF gave my a surprise visit today so that's my excuse for not losing this week :rofl:


I'm proud of myself today though. I had a bowl of cereals for breakfast, omelette and salad for lunch and a korma for dinner altho I only ate half of it. I also done 30minute pilates workout this morning and then went for a 20minute walk with the pram this afternoon.

I'm in for the weigh in on Monday, provided I've lost something! If I've gained I'm gonna hide in a hole somewhere :rofl:
 
Faille - 1/4 a lb is 1/4 a lb!


I've done well again :) 780cals. Gonna have a hard day tomorrow so it's my off day! Gonna weigh in tomorrow morning and if I gain I have to get back down to what I was by Monday :D
 
I've had a terrible day today :(
It's been OH's birthday so had a bit of a binge
All in all -
half a steak and cheese baguette in the pub
2 bread rolls with polish ham and sausage meet
Curry buffet - Beef Biryani, Chicken Korma, Naan Bread, Popadums and Chutney tray
Half a scone with clotted cream and jam,
Piece of chocolate cake
Piece of French fancy cake (the big ones)
2 cups of tea

Think we need to call these our "treat" days :muaha:

1035 cals for me today and ive burnt off a total off 1791 cals :happydance:

I finally sussed this burn meter thing on this website, it calculates who many calories you burn during the day just doing regular stuff!! :dohh:
 
1791 calories! Well done. I think I've only burned calories between moving to get my next plate of food! :blush:

Fresh start again tomorrow!
