Welcome patience. I just started drinking the tea too. It's not too bad. It's kinda growing on me. I've just been drinking 2 cups, but I think I'm gonna bump it up to 3 just to get it all in! Lol. I'm right there with you, on a normal cycle I was Oing around cd21 and then AF would come about cd33 or so. I took clomid the last 3 months with no luck so I'm hoping for a miracle with the tea!
AF came yesterday so here's to a new cycle!!

I've heard a lot about that too. My dr had originally prescribed me progesterone, in vaginal suppository form, which was getting a little old. So I got the progesterone cream this time. From what I've read I guess they pretty much do the same things. Good luck! Let us know if you notice it helping!

hey girls,

I am also starting vitex this cycle (capsules) on cd8 right now but having a tough time. had a miscarriage end of september and have had a 28 day cycle and 2 18-19 day cycles, now today I started spotting . Im also taking baby aspirin and will be taking progesterone as soon as O is confirmed. Im hoping this spotting will stop soon. Im also doing acupuncture 2x a month before ovulation.

Hey everyone

Just started on Vitex (Gaia brand) about a week ago per recommendation from my integrative medicine physician. She told me that the women that she recommended the Vitex to got pregnant pretty quickly. I'm also taking Vitamin Code Raw Prenatal, and Nordic Naturals Algae Omega, also per her recommendation. I am also seeing a Craniosacral therapist in my area (who is amazing) and she's helping expand my sacral area and get my body in general good order for a baby and otherwise. We are on month 9 of TTC (took 2 months break). I'm not sure what cycle day I am because we decided to just have fun and not track for now (for dear sanity ). I'm pretty sure I'll be ovulating any day this week so I'm somewhere mid cycle. I usually get my period within 2 weeks of O. Not setting myself up with big hopes this month but I'm hoping to conceive by middle of this upcoming year!

Heya Anj! Yay a "I'll likely O some time this week" buddy, I wish I knew when mine was but it's likely toward the end of the week, I'm being harassed by every phantom symptom under the planet though! Low temps, cm is looking decent, abdominal pain, just my opk that isn't playing ball, fingers crossed!

I'm enjoying the hell out of fertilitea, it'd hard to stick to 3 cups I usually find myself reusing the leaves straight away they seem to brew a decent second cup too if I O before the weekend I'll know the tea is doing something good as I'm scheduled according to ff to O Sun-Tues but I'm hoping to O earlier than that Sunday would be cd20 so here's to hoping (and more tea!)

patience, baby aspirin is simply the lowest dose aspirin, mine is 81mg ASA I believe. it is supposed to help blood flow to uterus and also prevent clotting in case I have a clotting disorder. my doctor wanted me to take it in case, it doesnt hurt to take one low dose per day. Im also in the same boat of O sometime this week but I most likely will O at the end of the week. Im not having any luck with OPKs so far, temps are still low, cm is being strange (creamy then watery then a bit stretchy then back to creamy :S ) bding festival starts tomorrow

I hope the vitex in my tea is enough to keep things moving, my body is being cruel at the moment :s I'm on day 2 of my O temp but opk shows nothing, cm is still creamy and it's making me uncomfortable, I won't get a chance to bd till weds evening so if I get some surprise O now I'm stuffed! My temp can rise a little and still be O though so we'll see. Exciting if not annoying since half my symptoms say O the other half say no

Oh dear that update was posted laying in bed this morning, I have progressed a lot since then! Symptom city, my opk is finally reacting but not positive yet and (tmi) I got my first ever ewcm 4th cycle so that's very exciting! Nice to know gagging down evening primrose oil did the trick this tea must be working miracles, I'd predict an O round Cd17-18 while ff has me for cd20-22 based on previous cycles oh gosh I'm so excited! Will be fascinating to see how long my lp is

Patience, I'm really liking the tea too. I was a little weary at first but I really like it now. I think if it doesn't work this cycle, I may add the Fertil-aid since it says you can use them together.

Anjeli, good luck! I hope your dr is right about the vitex! I've heard a lot of good things about it!

Oh my gosh it's so icky I can't believe the stuff ! It seemed to be a big lot in the morning, during the day it seemed more watery and I BD'ed in the afternoon so can't check now I used preseed so hopefully it made a difference I couldn't believe it was just BOOM there first thing this morning, made my day despite having to go home early feeling ill, forced myself to suck it up and pounce the manthing in case I O today and tomorrow would be too late Looks like tomorrow will be doable too woohoo!

I've not had any outrageous side effects but I've noticed a little bit more CM. I won't track anything other than what cycle day I'm on. I have the personality where I hang on to every last possible sign so I'd rather abstain so I can maintain my sanity and not be a witch to be around. My poor husband hates seeing me charting at all because he sees that I become too obsessive. He's right and I'm okay with it.

So my strategy? Vitex 3x daily, pay a little attention to CM, and track my cycle days for hints about possible fertile windows.

It took me from a stupidly long cycle (think it was 200+ days), had my first af in ages on the 19th of october, and this cycle was then 51 days long

Just need to wait and see how long my new cycle is, cd2 today

Onelove you're super strong to stick to just that, i'm an absolute plan-a-holic, i braved checking cm and BD'ing on command i'm not bothered by all the obsessing, I figure it's worse each time I get AF i'd be asking myself what I could have done to make it better 4th time lucky !

Oh wow Emmy that's amazing progress! Definitely keep at it, I can't wait to see how it helps it must have felt so good to get that AF

OneLove, that is definitely some self control! I just have to know everything happening. Lol. I haven't been temping but I'm actually going to go buy a bbt today and start temping tomorrow. I got a book at half price books yesterday called Making Babies and it talks a lot about temping, so I might as well. It's a pretty good book for anyone who likes to read though, check it out!

It took a while to get into my system. But seeing my cycle length drop so dramatically has been amazing. I really hope it starts working quickly for you xxx
