I have never known what my cycles are. I went on birth control when I was 15 because my cramps were unbearable! Then I got pregnant with my son at 19 while I was on birth control. I have been on BC ever since he was 2 weeks old. So I guess I am hooped at trying to predict my cycles or ovulation or anything This is our second month trying (1st month was 32 day cycle) and then first month using SMEP. We have been together 7 years and he is still like a every day kind of guy, so to him the Smep method is torture!

Just explain to him that he needs to let his lil swimmers mature, so you can do other stuff but he has to hold it in
