I lost twins in January at 11+1 and frankly my cycles have been terrible since.
31 days instead of 28. In Feb I didn't ovulate until day 19.
I didn't chart March but suspect I had a chemical ( 3 positive tests but af came anyway)
Iv been cramping for 9 days now, super cramping all around my back and pelvis but no ov yet, infact my temps are beyond eratic.....
Also what's with the high temps in the first stage? It happens every month!
If I discard the first 3 high temps it puts ov at day 10...
